爱心午餐做法一：

青椒土豆丝。土豆丝下锅之前在水里泡着。青椒爆锅下土豆丝，放盐鸡精花椒粉等。炒熟出锅

二：牛肉盖浇饭、厚蛋烧、冬瓜豆腐虾滑汤、白灼油菜心把豆腐和冬瓜切成2厘米的正方形或长方形，新鲜的虾剥掉虾壳挑掉虾线，剁成虾茸，加入白胡椒粉和盐搅拌均匀。锅里水烧开后下冬瓜煮至冬瓜变软，再加入豆腐，用勺子把虾茸一勺勺挖进汤水中，虾茸全部浮起后下盐、芝麻油调味，关火后撒上葱花就可以了。

爱心午餐指的是在对方需要的时候，能随时给对方提供午餐。到该吃饭的时间点了，正好送到了，就叫爱心餐。
