Instructions:

1: Soak the dried scallops, abalone, sea cucumber, and shark’s fin in water until soft. 2: Blanch the chicken breast in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside. 3: Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or deep pot. Stir-fry the ham, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms until fragrant. 4: Add the soaked seafood and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 5: Add the chicken breast and ginkgo nuts and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. 6: Pour in the chicken stock, Shaoxing wine, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 7: Add the fish maw, Chinese yam, and wolfberry. Cook for another 10 minutes. 8: Dissolve the cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of water and stir into the soup to thicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
